Information that is gathered from visitors

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server.

How the Information is used

The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

Visitor Options

If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive.  You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings but this may prevent you from access to certain features of the website.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Comments:

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

Cookies are small digital signature files that are stored by your web browser that allow your preferences to be recorded when visiting the website. Also they may be used to track your return visits to the website. 3rd party advertising companies may also use cookies for tracking purposes.

Google Ads

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to sites they visit on the Internet. Website visitors may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

This privacy notice for California Residents (this “Privacy Notice”) is provided in addition to the information in any other privacy notice provided by Front Range Exchange, LLC. and its affiliates (together, “FRX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and explains how FRX collects, uses and discloses Personal Information relating to residents of the State of California (“consumers”, “you” or “your”) covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended from time to time, together with any applicable regulations (the “CCPA”).

FRX adopts this Privacy Notice to comply with the CCPA, and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice is effective from January 1, 2020.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to (i) FRX personnel or job applicants seeking opportunities at FRX, (ii) personnel working on behalf of business partners with whom we are conducting business, or (iii) information collected, processed, sold or disclosed pursuant to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing regulations or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.

We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time by posting the updated Privacy Notice on our website.

FRX has not sold Personal Information in the preceding twelve (12) months. FRX does not sell Personal Information, including not selling the Personal Information of minors under 16.

You have certain choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information, as described below.

Access: You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you the Personal Information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you during the past 12 months.

Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete certain Personal Information we have collected from you.

Verifying Requests: To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your Personal Information or complying with your request. If you request access to or deletion of your Personal Information, we may require you to provide any of the following information: address, date of birth, unique personal identifier, nationality, telephone number, email address, CV information or details of a transaction. In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of Personal Information, we will require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose Personal Information is the subject of the request. If you designate an authorized agent to make an access or deletion request on your behalf, we may require you to (1) provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and (2) verify your own identity directly with us (as described above).
